  • Just finished our move with west coast movers! This place is a nightmare. ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. In the beginning they are all nice and kind while they are hooking you into their business. They answer the phone and the girls are very kind to you and send guys to pick up your furniture at the correct time. After your furniture leaves your house trouble hits. They never explain anything to you about the process they just tell you "your furniture will arrive this day." The day you tell them and are expecting. Well the day arrives when your furniture is suppose to come and you call them all confused and they are BEYOND RUDE ON THE PHONE. They change their tune to you and treat you like GARBAGE! our furniture was suppose to come on December 12th and it did not arrive until a month later. This place is horrible and unprofessional. They lie and never answer their phones once they have your furniture (and half your money!) Never in my life have I been treated this bad by a company. Now we are missing boxes and have a box that does not belong to us! I filled a complaint with the transportation department because of how horrible they treated us. They aren't even a real business they just hire guys off of Craigslist. If anyone is missing a box of men's clothes, suits, shoes, we have it! It is in a large white sysco box with the name arturo on it.
