  • We absolutely love Dr. Melmed, this review is in no way rating his services as he is an amazing doctor and if we could we would seen him on a regular basis. This is a review based ONLY in the many interactions I have had with his office staff in the last 5 years. I'm not sure they realize the staff is talking to parents of children with disabilities. The people operating the lines and this has happened multiple times, are rude and disrespectful. This is so sad as it's a shame that such a great doctor has an office staff that doesn't understand, not patient with the clients. There are so many things our family is dealing with, all I would ask is a little bit of patience and understanding, a little bit of kindness would go a long way. Unfortunately, I do not have a choice. We love Dr. Melmed and will continue to see him.
