  • If you are looking for a quality & reasonably priced apartment in the Henderson/Green Valley area, you should visit this complex. Before moving to Vegas - and moving into this complex - I devoted quite a lot of time looking at Vegas apartment complex reviews & ratings on Yelp, Google, ForRent, ApartmentRatings, etc. Here was my criteria: * Around $0.75-$0.95 per sq. ft. * Anywhere in Vegas, so long as the general neighborhood was good. * No crime, no car break ins or vandalizing, no thugs. * No move-out rip-offs, no meddling or rude office staff. * Actual unit in good condition - and not dissimilar to show unit. * No sluggish maintenance issues. * No excessive partying/noise, no constant police visits. * No bugs. * No more than one or two negative, recent online reviews. (I usually discount/toss the first couple of neg reviews for a venue, SOMEone is always going to be dissatisfied, good cause or not. Also much older reviews may not reflect the current scenario.) When I was done researching, I had a short-list of ONLY EIGHT apartment complexes in Vegas. THIS complex was one of those eight. Now I am sure there are more than eight in town - it would take forever to find them all - but what I am saying is that I've already done a lot of apartment-hunting homework for you - and this complex is a very good bet. I've lived here about three months now ... and I tell you all of the above criteria is absolutely true about this complex. The office staff - Alicia & Amy - are pleasant and professional. There was a juicy "unadvertised special" for new move-ins that readily met my price point. And the special basically removed "the pain" of the damage deposit, application fees and such. My unit had been recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new carpet; this is an older complex, but inside the units they certainly don't feel like it. Only one covered parking space per unit, but plenty of secondary spaces scattered about. My several minor maintenance requests have been addressed within a day or two. The grounds are well-kept. Garbage pick-up is several times a week; no overflowing, stinky dumpsters here! I haven't seen a single bug - unless you count a fruit fly or two that hitched a ride home in my bunch of bananas. It's quiet. Neighbors are good, everyone pretty much minds their own business. The complex is not gated but it seems safe enough; I haven't heard a drop of noise and I haven't seen a single police car or "shopping-cart sailor." The general area/location is EXTREMELY convenient. A straight shot of under a mile to the Sunset Station & Galleria Mall areas. An I-215 on/off (Valle Verde) and a more-upscale 24/7 Smith's are just a few quick blocks away. A Walgreens w/ a 24/7 pharmacy and a major cross-street (Warm Springs) are just 200 yards away. Also the same distance to an upcoming 24/7 Village Pub. The Green Valley Ranch casino/shopping area is also only a few minutes away, one exit down on I-215. The cheapest Shell gas station in Vegas (according to GasBuddy) is just up Warm Springs about half-a-mile or so. And there's a 24/7 Green Valley Grocery and the Arroyo Grande Recreation Area about two long blocks up the street. There's just a lot of nearby options for all your day-to-day needs, all within five minutes. And many of them 24/7 ... even though the area is pretty durn sleepy during graveyard shift. So, again, if you are looking around for a new apartment in this area of Vegas, this complex is certainly worth your consideration. Check it out.
