Very bad customer service. When I go somewhere to eat, while I don't always expect excellent service, I do expect decent service. They make you feel like you have to pay to get a smile, same for the manager. The service here is bad 95% of the time, but last time was the last straw. I didn't choose to eat there to have my evening spoiled and leave with a bitter taste to the point I even regretted going there. It's too bad that they have chosen to treat customers like they had no competitors, with all the other restaurants around, I will never go back and give my business to a place that doesn't know how to treat customers with respect. I'm glad I will no longer have to put up with their attitude.
