  • I have to say that I was not expecting to have a great experience the morning I arrived without an appointment but needing blood work before a doctor appointment. However, I was proven wrong. After waiting only 45 minutes I was taken back by a lovely woman who was already busy but took the time to take me back and do my labs herself. She was beyond cheerful and to be honest I hardly felt a thing! So so sorry I didn't catch her name on my way out. If there were more people like her in the world I think this would be a better place. Thank you!
