  • I am forever grateful to have found DISC online. I was looking for a second opinion for my mom. From the very first phone call, to our initial appointment, to every detail and question answered before and after surgery, to getting our last minute pre op done like no other Dr's office I'd ever experienced. Then, to have such a successful surgery and wonderful after care ? OMG, above and beyond. This was my pick for my mother to have her L4 & L5 fused as well as her S1. Dr Salari is absolutely excellent ! Confident, kind, detailed, patient, easily explains his findings and goals. The absolute best ! Nick, his PA, is equally amazing in similar ways regarding so many other important details such as pain meds and meeting specific personal needs. He is superb ! Cassandra, who happened to answer the phone when I first called, listened to my story and concerns about my mom. She was my first impression of DISC, a great first impression. I live in CA, my mom lives in AZ so a phone call was all I had at the time. Tayler is another incredible person who has done an exceptional job. She too, spent a good amount of time with me on the phone and it was her tenacity that got the pre op done on time. Actually, I recommend Dr Salari and his team 100% ! The entire office staff is beyond service !
