  • The worst customer service of all time. Once they receive your payment, they do not care about you. We got charged twice for one night for some reason (they fixed it, with no apology). I counted about 29 bug bites and that is not an exaggeration (please refer to the photo of the amount of bites on my one hand alone). Zero stars if I could. PLEASE do not go here.
