  • I must say that I was shocked! The charged me $15 to replace 3 batteries, one for my wife's Gucci, one for my Seiko, and one for my old Northwest Railroad watch, plus, they replaced a pin for the Gucci watch - a pin that a jewlery store I took it to previously said that they did not have (it was too 'fine' of a pin). I was shocked that not only did they have the right pin, but they replaced it, and 3 batteries for $15. They were down to earth and friendly people, which definitely sets them apart from the snobs at London Gold -tried to get some help there once - LOL! Maybe if I was a Rockefeller they would have stopped looking down on me and my Seiko.
