  • I have tried this place multiple times mostly because it is very close to my home. The service is Terrible. Dont walk in without an appointment. I have NEVER went with less than an hour wait but they tell me it will be a few minutes. Most of the time they tell me to come back later. Once they put me in a pedi chair and left me there for 30 minutes in cold water, at which time I got up and left. It's not that they are overly busy-just don't have many people working. Eyebrow/lip wax is on their list of services but routinely they tell me no one is available to do it. I think I'll move on to a place interested in providing service to their customers!
