  • We came in today to see about getting my mother her first smartphone! We had previously purchased an old "dumb flip phone" that didn't end up working out (too hard to text without a keyboard for mom) We were one day late on the return policy, but James (10 year store employee) graciously worked with us to get my mother into a phone that she can comfortably use, without having to jump through alot of other policy hoops! I have been a Verizon custoer since the year 2000, and I have yet to be disappointed with the customer service from this location that is nearest to my home. Thanks again James, we'll continue to use Verizon for many years to come!
