  • I checked in at this hotel on September 24. I immediately noticed an issue with the air conditioning and asked for another room. Christina, at the front desk, told me that she would send maintenance to fix it. I trusted she would. I went to eat and when I came back it turned out I couldn't sleep at all the entire night. The morning supervisor, Dulce, didn't offer any resolution whatsoever. I am profoundly upset. I came to a hotel in Tempe and didn't even get any sleep. I would never stay at this hotel again.
