  • Kevin did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a house. I first called him on Saturday evening as I was eager to book an inspection ASAP, I thought I would be leaving a voicemail, but Kevin answered, extremely friendly, and professionally took the time to go into detail about the inspection process. Kevin was available to come out within a couple of days, which worked perfectly for me. I was aiming to buy the house I had been renting, and Kevin took the time after the inspection to explain to me in great detail many of the issues he had found. With the information he provided, I wisely backed away from that property, and later found a house I loved even more. I called Kevin again to have him check out the 2nd house, and once again he was very flexible with booking the inspection within the timeframe I needed, had the report written up that evening, and took plenty of time for me to go over any questions I had about it. We have now closed on the 2nd house, and absolutely love it, far more than the house we were in before, and I am extremely thankful for Kevin and all of his help in the process.
