  • It's unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks on my way to work because it is horrendous. The service is awful, the baristas are not trained and my drink is usually made wrong. It really doesn't even matter what you order because everything will taste the same - vanilla latte, caramel machiatto - doesn't matter. They also are oblivious to dietary requests so don't expect them to use sugar free syrup, non fat milk or even lactaid milk - no matter how much you ask. I've complained about them making my drink incorrect multiple times - like using 2% milk even though I am lactose intolerant and instead of just making it again they will actually argue with you that it's right, despite the fact that they didn't even pull the lactaid out - and 2% is sitting in the counter. This place can barely call itself a Starbucks because they hardly adhere to the standards that most franchises hold themselves too. I hate going here and I feel that Starbucks should seriously reconsider it's deal with Safeway.
