  • So excited about a mall in Summerlin, especially a MACYS!!! And then I tried to check out the boots. Seriously the employees in the shoe department need to get the BOOT! So rude; made no attempt to ask if I need help, then when asked they are sure they don't carry my size without looking or making any other recommendations. I was ready to be an exclusive Dillards girl when Monique in the home (kitchen) goods department redeemed them. But still, Macys shoes, seriously??! You can do better! 5 star for kitchen/home goods 0 star for Shoe Dept
