  • My daughter and I walked into your location and not one person said hello. We even stood next to employees and was not asked if we needed help with anything. My daughter found a display shoe and could not find the match. We turned around to see if someone would come to the back to help, but no help. One employee squeezed in between us with out asking if we needed help or saying excuse me. We walked out without getting anything and I spotted one of the employees that walked by us in the store. I stopped the young lady and asked her who was the manager on duty and she stated she was. She was very nice and was willing to talk to me about what happen. She stated that she had a lot of work to do with the staff and they don't do that when she's there (remember she was one of them that walked by us) and she will address it. My daughter was willing to still get the shoes but I don't support bad service. P.S. Just to let you know we are locals and shop at the outlets quite often.
