  • RC Willey's ROCKS. After a huge hiccup with our mattress and some serious frustration..... Adam worked his magic and was able to get us a credit for our mattress!!! The customer service and communication has been outstanding! We actually went in tonight and Joe took superb care of us. He gave us the low down, on all the new mattresses. Woo, that is a process, finding a new mattress..... Finding one is like finding a mate:-) It's a huge commitment!!! And if you make the wrong choice, it could be terrible!!! Thank God that Joe knew his stuff and that they had a huge selection because it made deciding very easy! The process went so well, that we now decided to go back this week and get a whole new bedroom set :-) What started out as a terrible experience, has turned out to be a amazing one. Thanks RC Willey's for making things right! The company clearly cares about its customers! A+ Customer Service and Follow through!
