  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would. On my way to my appointment that they made me reschedule for a week later, I ended up being 5 minutes late due to traffic and they told me to go home. They couldn't fit me in 5 minutes past my appointment and had rude customer service. I came here for the awesome Brazilian wax deal but I would pay twice as much for decent customer service. I came up to the desk apologetic and only got an eye roll. I wouldn't recommend this waxing spa to anyone.
