  • This Westin has the best employees of any Westin I've ever stayed in. Yes, parts of the the hotel are dated and the hot water takes a while to warm up, but the service is ridiculously good from check in to check out. I saw a bad review based on the shuttle - I have never had such punctual and friendly shuttle service, and I travel 80-100 nights a year. Bravo!
