**both of my experiences were during the evening shift.**
Avoid the ginger guy. Will tell you anything and everything in order for you to purchase a warranty during checkout. Upon returning the product, found out everything he told me was a lie. Also avoid the chunky guy with a beard and black glasses who stands near the entrance as soon as you come in, both employees are dishonest and will take advantage of your lack of knowledge on certain types of products, and will blatantly lie to your face in order for you to purchase the items they push onto you. Actually just avoid this location if you can help it. You'll find yourself wandering around the store for ages while all of the employees chit chat with each other.
If you have to make a return or exchange, just go to another location. There's a girl that works the return/exchange counter that never smiles, and typically a guy who isn't supposed to be there but chooses to be in order to flirt with said girl. Do not speak to the customer if you're only standing behind the return/exchange counter for other than work purposes. Either way, both could use some customer service training.
Management should really get a grip on things in this location. Or maybe it's management itself that should be looked at.
