  • I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 because of the latest experience and honest service I received by Josh main manager at prestige and Tobin dodge. He was quick to respond to my unsatisfied comments I made yesterday. He suggested that I leave my car overnight in order for him to personally review my concerns he also made sure I was given a loaner vehicle. I just got off the phone with him and was satisfied with his explanation of the charges I paid in july and also my car passed smog and nothing had been bypassed in fact the reason for this misunderstanding was a tracking device I purchased at the time I bought my car and was subcontracted by them, but not a serious problem. Thanks again Josh for your quick response and now I'm on my way to get my car.
