Customer service at car wash is horrible. The manager has no interest in addressing customer concerns. Washed my car today. The 2 young men who cleaned my car did not wipe the seats down nor wiped the inside surface of doors. I asked one of the 2 young men if this was part of services be provided . He refused to answer. Rather than saying he does not know but can find out from his manager, he continued being silent despite by insistence. I then asked him to speak with the manager, who clearly did set an example. The manager chose not to address my concerns. He said that I had to pay $10 extra to have the seats wiped! Makes no sense because it defeats the purpose of going to the car wash to have the interior of the car cleaned. I asked him again, if to wipe the seats with damp cloth cost extra versus having conditioner, etc applied. Manager was lost for words while trying to defend his service guys despite knowing they were not providing a service that every paying patron expected.
I have been going to this car wash for at least 4 years. This was the second time I had to speak with the same manager about the services provided not meeting what were listed on price list for services.
Whoever owns that car wash should provide customer training to the manager so he can set an example to his team. It appears that the customer service experience has deteriorated over the past few years. Not sure this is a sustainable business model when the competition for similar services is increasing in the area. Have look you looked at the number of car washes being built in the area? We consumers have choices. It is easy to go another business where we feel appreciated because we get what we pay for.
I do not recommend this car wash because of my concerns above.
