Horrible customer service, terrible food, and what happened after I left the place gave me a sour taste.
At first they came to us immediately asking to take our order but I said that we needed a couple more minutes. This turned into 20 minutes. No one came back. I had to flag someone down just to take our order.
Next, they did not even check up on us if we needed anything else. (Napkins, refill, if we are doing okay, etc.). The food was bland and was horribly made. Would not recommend. I don't know how this place is getting 5 stars!!
Since no one came by at all I had to go up and find somebody just to get my check. The weirdest part is that this place was nowhere near busy! So why didn't they check up on their customers? Why do I have to walk from my table all the way to the counter just to ask for someone to take our order, get us items, and our check?
When I left this place, the server FOUND ME ON FACEBOOK AND MESSAGED ME. He sent me a photo of the receipt and asked if I had put down my real signature. SO INTRUSIVE!!!!! He also started the sentence when he messaged me with "I know it's very intrusive." UH yeah, I felt so uncomfortable from just this alone.
I would have been open to trying the place again if the staff did not try to message me on Facebook. That is not professional at all.
