  • Rudest people ever! I called to schedule a tour the gentleman I spoke with informed me there were openings for both my children so I decided to go in right away before the spots are taken. when I arrived i let them know I was there for a tour and the lady asked my name and then immediately said there was no openings in there infant room. I let her know that I was told before I went in that I was told there was and she started getting argumentative and stated no one called her to confirm. I said OK and I as I got ready to leave I told her that the polite thing to do would have been to at least offer me a tour before basically kicking me out. In WA my son went to Bright Horizons and they were amazing, I guess we will have to take the extra drive to have better service
