  • Honestly this place is always in shambles. Good luck finding anything. The staff apparently won't sort or fold anything once it's on the floor. The shoe section literally looked like a tornado went through it. Empty boxes, single show boxes without one on display, I saw garbage on the shelves, a wall socket cover on top of the display, and girls shoes on the boys section. I told the lady up front and she said well it wasn't that bad cause you found something to buy. I told her we came for a quick pair of shoes and it took 45 minutes to sort through the mess. She said oh well you found them anyway. Great service. If you are the manager and you are reading this. Seriously get your people in line cause you are giving Kohl's a bad name. I don't want to come back again to this store. This was my third visit over time and it's always the same outcome. Is it so hard to make your store presentable? Give me 10 staff members and one night and I could do it. Kohl's is an awesome store but this one is most likely the worst I have ever seen.
