She never returns calls for appointments and the 3 times I took my dog there were all different as far as how his fur was cut, amount she charged me and nails were only filed the first time. I explained that I wanted his fur cut short and even all over except in hygiene areas and he did poof and puff around his face, which I hated but felt rude complaining and figured I needed to be more clear. Next cpl times I took a paper with simple grooming instructions but she still did what she wanted and charged me extra for something she didn't explain. She charges more than most and doest listen to or respond to customer instructions... not ok. Or Maybe she just focuses on her long term customers because she's so busy. Either way, she obviously doesnt need more business.
