  • Very disappointed with how this place conducts business. Called in to book an appointment for a facial and spoke with a lady named Heather. I explained that I was purchasing a Groupon and just needed to verify some information regarding the available appointment times and further details on the facials that they offer. Was given the information and I stated that I just needed to arrange the available appointment times she had given me with a friend and would call right back to book the appointments. Called back in about 5 minutes... and no answer! Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, granted maybe they were with a client that walked in or tied up at the moment. Called back a few times within about a 2 hour time period and...STILL no answer! Am very displeased with how this place handles business and treats potential customers. Basically lost TWO new clients! Oh well... will spend my hard earned money elsewhere...
