  • DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Carmen will be so nice to you when you want to move in and get fees waived and all that. BUT DONT FALL FOR IT. While living here for a year and a month, the air went out (which is normal), called to have it fixed never came. Got complained on for listening to "weird music", got complained for a guy standing outside cussing, which they had no proof that I knew the guy since I lived alone. You have until the 4th to pay rent without it being late so most months I paid on the 4th because that's when I got paid, so when I went to put my 30 day notice in it was on the 4th and they said you have to put it in on the 1st, you can't move out. I complained and talked to the manager but still had to pay for the 4 days of the following month. When I moved out I cleaned it & left it perfectly fine, with normal use of the carpet but totally could have shampooed the carpet and had it be perfect. So I move out 5 days later get a bill for $675.89. For blinds, which worked fine the whole time I lived there, for a whole new paint job, for all new carpet. Which is absolutely RIDICULOUS, I'm a girl, I lived there alone. The apartment was completely fine when I moved out. They are terrible, they will charge you for ANYTHING. I wish I never ever lived here. Plus half of the time they have workers working on some water pipes or something & my apartment would reek because of it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENTS.
