Thorough exams and sliding a critical care pet in front of me is exactly what one should expect. Fitting appointments into a slotted time just doesn't work in this type of venture, and the clients should have great respect for it when their pet needs critical care.
With my pets and the difference of care they have had elsewhere, I won't be going anywhere else. Thorough examination, time spent to make sure they were comfortable (not just leather gloves and a show of force) and thoughtful responses to all our questions. We were even invited to hang out while the blood tests were completed, which is generally the next day and a phone call.
I couldn't be any happier with Dr Purdue, and I should have listened sooner to friends and family suggesting we use their facility.
