  • Brought a car up here to have a hole plugged in the front tire. They said they can't plug it so they replaced the tire. While replacing the tire the brake line busted. No one called to tell us this. We came in the next morning to pick the car up and still no warning about the brake line being broken. They were going to let us drive out of the parking lot WITH NO BRAKES! Thank goodness my boyfriend knew something was wrong when he went to start the car and the brake pedal went straight to the ground! How unprofessional, allowing a customer to sign the papers and pay for everything just to find out we have no brakes. Next time I'm taking my car across the street to Marathon for any work to be done!
