rev:text	Be aware- sales isn't trustworthy and service is nothing but a process that needs fixed because it causes you to wait and wait and wait even under warranty... I'm disappointed twice now w my new Dodge Durango from this Scottsdale dealership. The initial purchase was painful after we agreed on price and they shook then came back and "had to change the price by about 1000"- who does that!? It was still a good deal for us and we only had 1 car due to an accident so we agreed to just buy it. We shouldn't have... we should've gone and got the other one we saw was available online from bill Luke. They just wanted the sale last December. Now not even a year into ownership the water pump is leaking and needs replaced- that's not the worst. The 1st appt, the process is to JUST put you in heavy line while this part is still back ordered because dodge has such an issue and needs a recall but they're ignoring it. I learned I'd have to wait until they take 4-5 hours to hold on to my car (because they don't have enough staff to service their customer base fast enough?) so I rescheduled on a day that was better to take all day with my car... oh ya no loaner but apparently there's some warranty I should've bought to add that!? What the crap?! by the way, forget getting an oil change here. I had called to schedule one and they said "no prob just come into our -express lane- and you can get one without appointment." I came in and there was - guess what- a 4 HOUR WAIT! I scheduled one and they actually called me back to reschedule it because they couldn't staff a Tuesday at 1130. I said no thanks forget it. There's also 10 mile limit rule to take you home/work but they'll drop you at the rental car to pay yourself. Come time for the 2nd appt I scheduled for the water pump a week later and I find that they still have a back order and the service would still require a 4-5 hour wait to "determine" if the very clearly leaking water pump "should be replaced" before they can even put me on an order list. Hahaha! I have pictures showing the leakage all inside the compartment and down the awesome plastic oil pan they use now. Oh ya, I could see this through the engine door cover that was never installed upon leaving the lot. Now I've taken my dodge to another dealership after calling just this morning and they said they not only do they have the part but will take me home and pick me up no problem, come on down and they'll have my car back to me tonight. He also mentioned the cover I showed him is missing and was never installed should've been on the PDI inspection BEFORE the vehicle left the lot upon purchase. I even had the car in once to airpark after purchasing to get a free tank of gas that they had promised after purchase due to the mix up of purchase price. Ya- that took 3 hours btw to show their appreciation. We had a Toyota and if there was any wait required they brought out you in a massage chair w your own tv and coffee. What a joke this "scottsdale" location is- bill Luke why don't you buy out this place and make dodge look good. The service advisor, Tia, that I had at Airpark is the only plus behind any of this- she is friendly, informative, and very helpful... I wouldn't be surprised to see her moving to another dealership since airpark can't seem to even keep up with their customer base. I'm not expecting the service of a Lexus dealership but I wouldn't expect any of this hassle...
