  • I live in Phoenix and began using this service last year on my neighbor's recommendation (they said she'd get a referral discount, which she never got). They make a lot of empty promises, they call you to scheudle appointments for service (when they have a key to the gate and therefore no appointment is necessary 'cause you don't have to be there), you can only call them during regular business hours (when YOU are at work), you sit on hold for 10 mins waiting for a rep to pick up the phone, they don't show up when they say they will, it goes on and on. Save yourself the hassle; pay a few extra bucks and go elsewhere! This company is run by a bunch of disorganized yahoos! Update: When they returned the key to my gate, it wasn't my key. Big Surprise!
