  • The second we walked in, we got great help from Jack. He helped my husband with 2 custom suits and went through every single detail and option with us more than once. We never felt rushed, he was really easy to talk to and extremely well versed in the style of suits. Jack helped my husband with extra half-off deals on off-the rack suits and shirts as well. He helped get my husband out of his comfort zone with color and texture and knew what for would work best. We would Both randomly pick the same items for him more than once. At checkout Victor was very friendly and helpful - working with Jack to ensure everything was correct. We were there for 3 hours and it felt like 90 mins. Seriously, great service. Never felt like I was being up-sold. Great people.
