  • So, a big 5 stars to the manager/owner!! I wrote2 star review where it turned out to be a misunderstanding on MY part. Manager came over within 2 minutes of my posting (I was still in coffee shop) and he went well above necessary to address my concerns. After our conversation, it was evident I misunderstood the situation, but Marco still remade my drink at no charge and even offered a great macaroon to go with it. I can't complain in any way and for Marco's care, attention and patience - 10 stars!!!
