  • Customer service here including the management is just horrible. There is no empathy and there is no follow- up. I had a situation that required me to have documentation from them. I requested the information 3 weeks ago. No one followed up. When I called 2 weeks after I visited in person to request the information. I called again and a staff member was checking back and forth with a manager and concluded that I would have to call collection agency. They are assuming that I owe some money to them? I was like what are you talking about? And all of a sudden a manager is on another line when I wanted to talk to her. She answered with such negative attitude. And she said she will hang upon me if there is nothing else to talk about except yelling at her. I did not yell at her at all. I asked for understanding as this is a big issue and became an upsetting situation. And I also explained that I am so disappointed that my hands are shaking. She did not want to hear further and said I will have to send an email and hung up on me. Her name was Cathy? Or Karen? This is absurd. This "luxury" experience you are advertising is all bull. I will never consider doing business with you if this is how you treat your customer who lived with you for 3 freaking years. Great job guys!
