  • With the exception of one female employee that works the shoe department who was very nice & helpful, the rest of the staff give off the vibe that they hate working there. For instance, the smile-less cashier who rang me up didn't even ask if i wanted a rewards card - i had to ask her for a card & she didn't apologize for not asking me if i wanted one, and just kinda shoved it at me. I work in retail so i know the protocols of customer service. Dicks should think about retraining staff.
