  • What an awesome place they run here. Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable about the many cuts, brats, and all the to go menu items. There isn't another place that has such an extensive variety of beef, chicken, and pork brats in Madison. They have dollar burger patties, brats, and pork cuts daily that constantly rotate. They even have alligator, lamb, and crawfish sausages and the freezer is always stocked with four packs of brats for $4 for you to take for later. They end have huge cuts you can order and $100 deals that they pack for you to stock your freezer. It is basically your one stop grilling, smoking, roasting, broiling, etc. for all occasions. They will be closing up shop soon, but they have been around for decades and are professionals, so I believe we'll be seeing them open uo in a new location.
