  • I was happy that I was only the third person so they saw me pretty quickly that's usually not the case at the other location closer to my house. I got the new iPhone x sent to my house and I needed to go in and have them transfer all my information to the new phone. The guy told me to go to at home he took my Sim card out and called it a day. So what happens to me when he leaves me with no phones with a Sim? I need to make an emergency phone call because I have a customer coming to get her hair done and I absolutely can't call out of either phone until I do these updates and transfers in three hours later I finally can get ahold of her but this creates a huge problem with my hair client. Ive lost money. I'm still here trying to update it about 10 hours later. All my passwords are gone, I'm locked out of most apps. Super annoying because if the employee wasn't LAZY, this would of worked out fine in the store.
