| - It is now an hour later. I did leave without seeing the doctor so I can't speak for the medical care. I had planned on asking how long my wait would be but when i approached the counter and looked in the work space well, i saw my id scattered across the work space. I did at that time ask the relief person (the original person having left the area for a few moments) for my id. He handed it back and i had gone to wait again. And waited only a short while before deciding that the wait was just going to be too long for how i was feeling. I stopped to pick up any paperwork they had started so I could dispose of it properly and noticed that they had already made copies of my info. Now, I don't work front office but I think it would be a good policy if after making a copy of your info they would return your I'd promptly. I am sure there are other people who feel as uncomfortable as I did with someone else holding my id. The front desk person had returned by then and seemed miffed that I was leaving. I wasn't miffed, just felt awful. I guess I would try again for a different illness, but I think I would let them know I'd like my id back, post haste.

So far, very underwhelmed. They promptly gave me the paperwork for a new patient, which I filled out. Returned paperwork with id card, credit card and insurance card as requested. Waited over 40 minutes to get cards back, and had to go desk for them. They were sitting in plain sight on the front desk, and I have no idea where the front desk person went but a new guy at the desk gave them back to me saying she was still working on my file. Working on what? Not sure how long it takes to get info in system but if it takes that long, you need a new system. Am ready to give up. Someone some day, may find my skeleton in this chair....
