  • DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. I was really hoping I could write a positive review about this company. They came out to check our AC because it was under warranty and then pressured me into signing on for a coil replacement that still was going to cost $1650. Shorty after (5hrs) I decided we should get a 2nd opinion and called to cancel the service. They said 'not a problem and there will not be any charges'..... 8 days later, they fully charged me, I called for a refund and they are trying to charge a 20% restocking fee...ON A WARRANTIED PART!!! So RIDICULOUS. Update: I did hear back which was appreciated but I still have not received the refund...
