  • Dr. Chrystal is always so nice. I've been seen by her three times for different reasons. Yesterday I went in because I couldn't hear out of my left ear. She examined me and sent over a prescription with no problems. But what really impressed me was the way she and her assistant (sorry I don't remember her name) handled the 2 year old in the room beside me. Poor thing had a cough from hell. She was afraid to take the medicine or whatever treatment they were giving. They calmed her down and really handled the situation well. The other great thing is...... I was only there for 30 minutes. They get straight to business.
