  • I'm new to the Charlotte area and needed a trim. I decided to give this place a try. I was in and out in 5 minutes, and the price was low, but those are the only good points. Instead of shampooing my hair, they just sprayed it with a water bottle. My hair was cut so crookedly, that it was literally 3-4 inches longer on one side than the other. I have chin length very thin hair, and it was very noticeable. I wound up just trying to fix it myself at home. I also like to get my eyebrows waxed when I get a haircut, and they do not offer this service. I will not be returning.
