Only selected 1 star because I had to. Where to start...
First off-- VERY dirty. hair all over bathroom and stained sheets. Yum...
NO shower curtain either. Their explanation? "It's a handicapped room." Which makes no sense because water was ALL over the floor, which is slippery and dangerous. No shampoo or soap when I got there either.
None of the above was even an issue until my bathroom flooded. This was the deal breaker for me. All my things were soaked when I came back to the room. All they could do was give me a $50 discount. Really? THEN- this happened...
They asked me to give them a call when I was packed up and they would send someone to help me move my things. Instead-- 5 seconds after I get back to my room a maintenance guy knocks on my door and asks "are you ready??" I tell him I need 5 minutes to gather my things. He NEVER comes back to help so I had to drag all my crap through the water by myself. Cool.
THEN, on top of that, they tell me the WRONG room number to go to. So I stand outside like an idiot until I find another service guy to radio the desk. They say "she has the wrong room number." Even though the number they gave me is written down and highlighted on a map. Whatever.
So I wait for yet ANOTHER person to meet me to take me to my room with a room key. She pulls in and tells me where to go. No help carrying my 3 bags and the bag of soaked laundry I'm carrying. Which, they offered to have cleaned because there aren't any laundry services in site. Not a surprise.
FINALLY, I get to the room and the freaking toilet doesn't flush. The jury is still out on whether or not I will see my clothes again. Checking out first thing in the morning.
