  • We had our daughters birthday celebration here. 'Pump It Up' has a lot of birthday packages to choose from. We decided to go with the Classic with 20 kids and upgraded to the Glow Room for the second hour. The package included 4 pizzas with the toppings of your choice and 4 sodas. We also got the 30 balloons. My husband and I went to Party City to buy decorations, for the theme we wanted. We purchased balloons a day prior to the party, we even paid for a special gel that's supposed to make the balloons float for 24 hours. However, we were sad to find the balloons on the floor the next day. Any who like the trooper we were, we decided to bring the balloons and possibly just have them lay all over the floor instead, but when we walked in to meet with the party coordinator, they had re-filled the balloons with helium. The party room looked really good. They had decorated the room for us with the decorations we bought. The employees here were very attentive to our wants and needs. Our experience here was amazing.
