  • What a great place for interesting donut creations! The donut itself was fresh and perfectly cooked, tender yet chewy. The different versions were carefully thought out and beautifully presented. Loved the Lemon meringue pie one the best! What they accomplished with the delectable desserts, they didn't quite get there with service and atmosphere. I showed up early on a Sunday to meet friends thinking there would be free flowing coffee, but after one latte, albeit a jumbo and delicious one, I ended up going next door to a trad Greek cafe for a delicious and killer Greek coffee. I didn't mind that one bit. But there isn't an excuse for running out of coffee before noon on a Sunday. Maybe there weren't expecting people to hang out and enjoy the donuts. Service was bumbly and awkward and confused, maybe they needed more coffee? We had to grab some chairs from the other end of the room to seat just a few of use together with one table high with stools, and the other one low with chairs which made no sense and made conversation difficult. They will find their groove, hopefully.
