  • This is definitely not my kind of clinic. I prefer kindness, and care when it comes to my pets, and the bare minimum of service for myself as a non-furry friend. During my recent visit, I witnessed a nose ringed attendant being rude to a woman attempting to check out, and in my visit I experienced combative communication by Dr. Henderson. Maybe I took it the wrong way, or maybe he was having a really bad day, but when I asked him his name since I didn't remember it, he responded with a frown and Crinkled brow "Why are you asking me that." This made it weird but he responded in this manor more than once and proceeded to speak over me, and he attempted to bad mouth my previous vet who referred my entire family to his practice. My visit was purely to receive a referral since my pets condition had not improved, but I got more attitude than assistance. Nope, not returning. I am in no way urging possible clients not use this clinic, I am purely expressing my own personal dissatisfaction with this clinic. The other two employees at the clinic seemed very nice and helpful.
