Well I have found a new low in the service business. I was trying to GIVE them more money by upgrading TV packages. Nothing but run around trying to get a box to watch all those lovely channels we now have but can't see without the box. 3 times I was told it was in the mail (Fedex) 2 times it was suppose to be sent over night and never saw Fedex. Weeks later we are still waiting for it, well not really I am trying to cancel now.
I am being charged for the lovely channels we can not see.
I am now trying to just cancel the upgrade and keep what we had and they are getting snotty with me.
If you have other options for TV .....................RUN!!!!! don't walk to that other option.
