It appears you have a perennial staffing problem at your store. None and I mean none of the people working the counter can remember an order consisting 2 and 3 items at the time. I would like to order almond, chocolate and plain croissant and then in a separate bag a whole wheat and a sesame bagel usually provokes queries from your staff - which croissant was that again once they are standing in front of the product or - we are out of plain which would you like instead - which for the umpteenth time then dissolves into eye rolling, pouting lips, storming into the back with a regular "I can't handle this job that requires of me to take an order consisting of 5 items".....Don't just hire bodies. Hire and train. When you train - show. When you show - explain. When you are done training - SUPERVISE. The above happens EVERY time and yet we try to give you repeat business. And I am being mild here considering the amount due would be calculated wrong, wrong coffee size served, bread cutting handled after money handling, etc, etc. For all the product quality - the service is BELOW acceptable and you should close the store if you have no interest in customer service that is excellent. You could be selling shit but with the best customer experience you would get people to pay for it. This way - as I said - close the store if it's not important to you.
