  • The first experience I had a plume was really nice, good coffee, good service. However, today I was very disappointed. I was planning on studying along side a nice cappuccino only to find out that you can't study on the weekends with your laptop unless it's at the window. I understand if it's your business model but you should tell people about it before they purchase a drink! Was also not impressed by the way in which the server told me that laptops were not allowed to be used. She was pretty rude about it. Make your sign bigger please, no one can read your baby sign about no laptops during the weekend.
