EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband was waiting in the "no-appointment" line and was completely ignored! After 10 to 15 minutes, another car pulled up behind my husband's car and that customer was IMMEDIATELY acknowledged and serviced. We cannot help but believe the reason was because the Service Rep was Hispanic and so was the customer who pulled in behind our vehicle. It's pretty obvious that this dealership caters to Hispanics and TOTALLY IGNORES people who are not of their race. That's racial profiling!!!! Needless to say, we will "spread the word" to our family and friends about this dealership and let them know just how we were treated! Beware to all non-Hispanics!!!!
