  • Came home tonight to find my A/C not working and only blowing warm air (barely). Called AC Doctors based on the Yelp reviews, them being local, and having a 24 hour service. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and said the guys could be out in 1.5 hours and would be a $39 trip charge (very reasonable!). The guys showed up early, quickly got to work, found the issue, replaced the part, cooled the motor, rinsed down the filters, spent a lot of time with me explaining what was the problems and gave me some suggestions on what to research when I get to the point of replacing my 10+ year old unit. They did not try to sell me a new one, just offered guidance on what to consider. Great customer service all around!!! An hour after they arrived my house is already 5 degrees cooler!!Definitely would recommend this company and will use them again in the future!
